Registered as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Carsyn helps individuals and couples better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. She collaborates with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's health, relational conflict, and attachment wounds. Her approach is warm and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Through her guidance, individuals gain insight, heal past experiences and build healthier relationships to create meaningful, lasting change. Carsyn uses Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to help individuals move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Louisville. (GO CARDS!!) Therapy can assist you in comprehending your past experiences, make sense of your present situation, and progress toward your desired future.
